FUNCTION ROOMS AND FACILITIES.
Overlooks the 18th fairway and putting greens, perfect for al fresco lunches and cocktails, or just sit with a drink and soak in the gorgeous view. Hosts up to 100 people.
Our welcoming bar area with warming wooden finishes is cosy and inviting and attached to the lower patio area, perfect for functions and golf day endings, enjoy the winter fireside, we have a vast selection of tipples to suit every taste. Order tasty snacks from the menu. Hosts up to 150 people.
TIPUANA FUNCTION ROOM
Ideal for weddings and large social gatherings, the main diningroom offers a beautiful view of our golf course, water features , and beautiful gardens, and can host up to 200 people, it also divides into two separate rooms for smaller more intimate functions and has a separate bar area.
Attached to our Tipuana room is a large patio area, enjoy breakfasts and functions under the shade of our stretch tent, overlooking our beautiful parkland course, ideal for functions of up to 200 people.
A private room for a meeting or small function, hosts 12 people.

- Dress policy for specific events will be at the discretion of the committee for the event.

DISPLAYS, DECORATIONS, AND ROOM SET UP.
All displays, room set up and décor requested by the host are subject to prior approval by the club. White chair covers are available at a cost of R 10.00 per chair cover. We also have a range of overlays décor items available for hire on request. No confetti or rice will be allowed, we encourage the use of petals for weddings. Our creative events team will assist you with your décor and function co- ordination.
Our exquisite grounds provide an ideal backdrop for that perfect photo, we can recommend a professional photographer for your event, carts will be provided ,courtesy of the club to escort the bridal party around the course for those unforgettable moments.

CODE OF CONDUCT
We are concerned about your safety and well being, we call last round at 11h00 the Kyalami country club reserves the right to discontinue service of alcoholic beverages at any time , if in the judgement of the Club staff on duty, if it would be in the interest of the club and its members to do so. The convener or host will be responsible for any misuse of property damage or losses sustained, as a result of guests conduct. The management of Kyalami country club reserves the right to ask any person to leave the premises if the policy of good conduct is abused.
Secure complimentary parking is available for you and your guests, with security available at no additional charge.
The club has fully equipped bathroom and shower facilities available for guests, to use during functions.
Outdoor functions picnics and soiree`s may be arranged with our functions team .
Our Tipuana room has a dance floor, allow us to arrange a DJ or musician for your function. Personalized gifts visit our pro shop for those special gifts or speak to our events team who will source that special item or décor piece you require.
Sugar art displays are available for the dessert table on request.
Full set up and take down, of ceremony and function areas, including complimentary set up of tables and use of white linen ,cutlery and crockery.
